Otoshi Uchi, Nagashi Zuki anchors under shoulder.
  1. (n) Hajime
  2. (n) Step back with left foot Zenkutsu Dachi, left hand down, then as left foot hits ground, Gedan-Uchi (left hand uppermost), Otoshi-Uchi.
  3. (n) Step in left over right, Nagashi-Zuki (chudan).
  4. (n) Step in right Shiko Dachi, Nagashi-Zuki (chudan).
  5. (n) Step in left over right, Nagashi-Zuki (jodan).
  6. (n) Step back with left foot into right Shiko Dachi, parry with Yoko-Uke (soto) (big).
  7. (ne) Right Zenkutsu Dachi, Harai-Uchi (chudan).
  8. (nw) Propeller bo overhead, right Zenkutsu Dachi Yoko-Uchi.
  9. (nw) Step in Left Zenkutsu Dachi, Morote-Uke straight in front (jun nigir) (right hand uppermost), Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Age-Uchi, Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Naname-Uke, Naname-Uke.
  10. (nw) Sink into Shiko Dachi, Nagashi-Zuki. Slide back slightly, parry with Yoko-Uke (soto) (big).
  11. (ne) Right Zenkutsu Dachi Morote-Uke straight in front (jun nigir) (left hand uppermost), Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Age-Uchi, Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Naname-Uke, Naname-Uke.
  12. (ne) Sink into Shiko Dachi, Nagashi-Zuki. Slide back slightly, parry with Yoko-Uke (soto) (big).
  13. (n) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Sukiage Sunakake. Draw right foot back, then slide right foot in while Tsuki-Komi (chudan).
  14. (n) Step in left over right, Nagashi-Zuki (chudan).
  15. (n) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Nagashi-Zuki (chudan).
  16. (s) Pivot 180 degrees to the left into left Neko Ashi Dachi, bo horizontal at shoulder height (right hand at shoulder, left hand foremost). Pull left hand back to shoulder as you step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Yoko-Uchi (chudan).
  17. (n) Pivot 180 degrees to the left into kneeling position (right knee up, left knee down), Morote-Uke Soukmen, Yoko-Uchi (chudan), Harai-Uchi (jodan). Stand up, Gedan-Uchi (left hand uppermost – hands look like Age-Uchi), Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Age-Uchi, Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Naname-Uke, Naname-Uke.
  18. (n) Slide in slightly right Shiko Dachi, Nagashi-Zuki. As right foot draws back to right foot forward Heisoko Dachi, parry with Yoko-Uke (soto) (big).
  19. (n) Step back with right foot into Left Kokutsu Dachi, push right hand down raising left, then Nagashi-Zuki (jodan). Now whip the bo around while stepping forward into right Zenkutsu Dachi, Jodan Yoko-Uchi while holding bo in Yose Nigiri grip.
  20. (ne) Pull right foot back to left then sideways into Heisoko Dachi, Morote-Uke Jodan.
  21. (n) Pull right foot back to Shiko Dachi, right Harai-Uke. With front tip of bo, huge soto uke motion one and one half circles then end with right hand face down at left side of neck, left hand face up. Harai-Uke sokumen (all the way to the right side). Propeller overhead to Harai-Uke on left side. With front tip of bo, huge soto uke motion one and one half circles then end with left hand face down at right side of neck, right hand face up. . Harai-Uke sokumen (all the way to the left side).
  22. (s) Pull right foot up slightly, then pivot 180 degrees to the left into left Zenkutsu Dachi, push left hand back, Harai-Uchi (chudan).
  23. (n) Pivot 180 degrees to the right into left Zenkutsu Dachi, Gyaku Harai-Uchi (chudan).
  24. (n) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, with Gyaku Nigiri grip, Gyaku Yoko-Uchi, Yoko-Uchi, Gyaku Yoko-Uchi, Yoko-Uchi.
  25. Step up with left foot to Musubi Dachi, Otoshi-Uchi.
  26. Finish.

 

Combination One

From right Zenkutsu Dachi, Gedan-Uchi (left hand uppermost – hands look like Age-Uchi), Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Age-Uchi, Otoshi-Uchi, Gyaku Naname-Uke, Naname-Uke.

Combination Two

Shiko Dachi, right Harai-Uke (chudan). With front tip of bo, huge soto uke motion one and one half circles (clockwise) then end with right hand face down at left side of neck, left hand face up. Harai-Uke sokumen (all the way to the right side). Propeller overhead to left Harai-Uke (chudan). With front tip of bo, huge soto uke motion one and one half circles (counterclockwise) then end with left hand face down at right side of neck, right hand face up. . Harai-Uke sokumen (all the way to the left side).
