(n) Step back left leg, Shiko Dachi, Yoko-Uke (big),
Tsuki-Komi.
(n) Step in left Zenkutsu Dachi, Chudan Yoko-Uchi.
(n) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Chudan Yoko-Uchi.
(n) Slide right foot back into Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke
(left hand
uppermost). Gripping Bo in center with Yose Nigiri, slide into right Zenkutsu
Dachi, Gedan Uchi. Slide right foot back while bringing
both
hands to your right shoulder as a parry. Slide in right Zenkutsu Dachi,
figure-eight with the tip of Bo and conclude with Otoshi-Uchi, Yoko-Uke
(soto).
(w) Right foot 90 degrees to right into left Zenkutsu Dachi,
Yoko-Uchi.
(w) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Yoko-Uchi, Otoshi-Uchi.
(w) Slide back into right Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke. Continue into
Tsuru Ashi Dachi (crane stance), Harai-Uke.
(w) Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Tate-Uke, Otoshi-Uchi,
Yoko-Uke.
(e) Pivot 180 degrees on the left foot to the left into left
Zenkutsu Dachi, Yoko-Uchi.
(e) Step into right Zenkutsu Dachi, Yoko-Uchi. Right hand to right
shoulder, left hand out feinting opponent. Then Otoshi-Uchi. Slide right
foot back into Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke (left hand uppermost). Continue
into Tsuru Ashi Dachi (crane stance), Harai-Uke. Slide in right Zenkutsu
Dachi, Tate-Uke, Otoshi-Uchi.
(n) Slide left foot forward into Gyaku Zenkutsu Dachi, Osae-Uke,
Tsuki-Otoshi.
(s) Pivot to right Zenkutsu Dachi, Tate-Uke, Otoshi-Uchi. Slide
right foot back into Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke (left hand uppermost).
Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Harai-Uke.
(s) Gripping Bo in center with Yose Nigiri, slide back into right
Neko Ashi Dachi while bringing both hands to your left shoulder as a
parry. Slide in right Zenkutsu Dachi, figure-eight with the tip of Bo
and conclude with Otoshi-Uchi, Yoko-Uke (soto).
(s) Step in left Shiko Dachi Otoshi-Uchi, Tsuki-Komi. Step in right
Shiko Dachi Otoshi-Uchi, Tsuki-Komi.
(s) Slide right foot back into Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke (left hand
uppermost). Step in right Zenkutsu Dachi, Harai-Uke.
(s) Gripping Bo in center with Yose Nigiri, slide back into right
Neko Ashi Dachi while bringing both hands to your left shoulder as a
parry. Slide in right Zenkutsu Dachi, figure-eight with the tip of Bo
and conclude with Otoshi-Uchi.
(n) Step through with left foot and pivot 180 degrees on the right
foot into right Zenkutsu Dachi, Tate-Uke, Otoshi-Uchi.
(n) Slide right foot back into Heisoko Dachi, raise both hands above
head in Jodan Morote-Uke. Then drop down into Shiko Dachi, Gedan
Morote-Uke.
(w) Pivot to the left into Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke (left hand
uppermost). Slide in Shiko Dachi, parry with Yoko-Uke (uchi) (big),
Tsuki-Komi.
(e) Pivot 180 degrees into right Neko Ashi Dachi, Tate-Uke (left
hand uppermost). Slide in Shiko Dachi, parry with Yoko-Uke (uchi) (big),
Tsuki-Komi.
(n) Pivot 90 degrees to the right into left Shiko Dachi, parry with
Yoko-Uke (uchi) (big).
(n) Step in right foot forward Heisoko Dachi, raise bo above head
with both hands, slight pause then step in right Zenkutsu Dachi,
Harai-Uke.
Gripping Bo in center with Yose Nigiri, slide back into right Neko
Ashi Dachi while bringing both hands to your left shoulder as a parry.
Slide in right Zenkutsu Dachi, figure-eight with the tip of Bo and
conclude with Otoshi-Uchi, Yoko-Uke (soto).
Slide in as you executing a long Nagashi-Zuki, then pull back
slightly Yoko-Uke (soto), Gyaku Yoko-Uchi Gedan, Harai-Uke.
Step back to finish.
